What you’ll be doing:
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, representing the client as a brand ambassador
- Provide support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Assist customers with questions related to products and services in a professional and timely manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical or service-related issues
- Deliver outstanding service and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with your team and share ideas to improve processes and performance

REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in Norwegian (written and spoken)
- Good command of English
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic IT skills and ability to adapt to new systems
