Norwegian-Speaking Ads Sales Executive

Schedule: Full-time (39 hours/week), hybrid

As an Ads Sales Executive, you’ll work with Norwegian companies and agency partners to develop tailored digital advertising strategies. You’ll operate in a target-driven environment, helping grow the client’s customer base across EMEA while delivering strong results and a high-quality customer experience.

• Build and strengthen relationships with clients and agencies by offering tailored, performance-driven strategies

• Promote and upsell digital marketing products

• Provide strategic advice to help clients maximize return on their advertising investment

• Meet and exceed sales targets

• Engage with customers proactively via phone, video calls, and email

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

• Native or C2-level Norwegian and strong English skills

• 1–2 years of experience in sales or online advertising•

• Familiarity with digital advertising tools such as Ads, AdSense, or YouTube

• Strong communication, time management, and analytical skills

• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
