We are now looking for a Customer Service Consultant for our client in Helsingborg! Do you speak Norwegian and are looking for a position where you can work in customer service and at the same time have administrative work tasks? Then we want you to apply!

Role as Customer Service Agent

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and perfectly fluent in Norwegian

  • Able to anticipate customer needs and show empathy
REQUIREMENTS

Experience, education and certifications

  • 1-2 years customer service experience
  • Telemarketing experience
  • Experience from working systematically and independent
