Online Marketing Agent (m/f/d) in Dutch and English

We can only hire EU citizens or candidates who have a valid work permit to work full-time hours in Germany.

• Analysis of marketing campaigns for new and existing customers (small and medium-sized companies) through telephone and emails daily.
• Answering customer inquiries about the social media platform and its products. Assistance in achieving advertising goals and budget improvement. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Implementation and success control of digital campaigns of your existing customers. Providing feedback and recommendations on marketing campaigns.
• Early detection of campaign and market trends, escalation of challenging campaign developments.

• Fluency in Dutch (C1) and very good command of English (at least B2 level).
• At least 1 years’ experience in digital marketing and/or sales is preferred.
• Commercial mindset, strongly sales driven with entrepreneurial thinking and strong influential skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills with attention to detail and follow-up skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

• Salary of € 2,750 gross monthly / €33,000 per year
• 300€ Language allowance Bonus
• Up to € 687 monthly performance bonus
• Relocation bonus is possible, if needed: up to €1,500 from outside Germany and €700 from within Germany, depending on current location (minimum 100 km to Berlin) *
