Adecco is looking for people that can join a team of skilled Italian Customer Care representatives in Porto, providing customer support by phone, e-mail and chat ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction.                                                                                              

 

Activities:               

  • Customer support by phone/email in order to solve questions and doubts;
  • Answering the phone in order to clarify all customer doubts/questions/requests;
  • Handling and registering complaints both by phone and in writing, good argumentative power.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience in contact center (preferable);
  • Experience in administrative areas (preferable);
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems;
  • Ability to manage stress and resilience;
  • Basic notions of computers.
  • Polish (C1/C2) and English (B1)
OFFER
  • Rotating schedules 8h/day: 
  • Monday to Friday mostly (work on weekends and night shifts will happen on occasion)
  • Base Salary + Language Bonus + Meal Allowance
  • On-site paid training for 10 days 
  • Initially the job will be at the office, with gradual transition to hybrid and the full-remote 
  • Direct contract with the client
