Adecco is looking for people that can join a team of skilled Italian Customer Care representatives in Porto, providing customer support by phone, e-mail and chat ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction.
Activities:
- Customer support by phone/email in order to solve questions and doubts;
- Answering the phone in order to clarify all customer doubts/questions/requests;
- Handling and registering complaints both by phone and in writing, good argumentative power.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in contact center (preferable);
- Experience in administrative areas (preferable);
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems;
- Ability to manage stress and resilience;
- Basic notions of computers.
- Polish (C1/C2) and English (B1)
OFFER
- Rotating schedules 8h/day:
- Monday to Friday mostly (work on weekends and night shifts will happen on occasion)
- Base Salary + Language Bonus + Meal Allowance
- On-site paid training for 10 days
- Initially the job will be at the office, with gradual transition to hybrid and the full-remote
- Direct contract with the client
