Role: Polish speaking Customer Advisor
Salary: 1050 Euro gross p/m (this does include also the holiday bonus, meal allowance and night shift allowance) plus free accommodation OR 1306 euro gross per month (without company accommodation).
Working Hrs: 40 Hours per week rotational between Monday to Sunday 24x7 operation - rotational shifts
As a Customer Support Advisor, you will provide high-quality customer assistance related to infrastructure and mobility services. You will manage customer enquiries across multiple communication channels, ensuring accurate information, efficient problem resolution, and a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via telephone, email, and/or chat, ensuring accurate and professional responses
- Provide clear information and support related to the client’s products and services
- Manage customer cases efficiently, following internal procedures and quality standards
- Accurately document interactions and updates in internal systems
