What will you do?
- Provide inbound customer support regarding bookings and purchases of products and services
- Assist customers with payment, shipping, returns, exchanges, and account-related inquiries
- Handle customer requests, changes, complaints, and other service-related issues
- Deliver high-quality customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Ensure each customer receives a professional and efficient support experience
