What will you do?
Support users by handling inquiries via chat or ticketing systems in a professional and customer-oriented manner

Assist with account-related questions, general platform usage, and service-related issues
Provide clear, accurate, and empathetic responses to ensure a positive user experience
Guide users through platform features, tools, and basic troubleshooting when needed
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve user issues efficiently and improve service quality
Review and assess user-generated content (text, images, or videos) according to internal guidelines
Identify and report potential policy violations or sensitive content when required
Contribute to basic data quality tasks, such as tagging or labeling content, to support platform improvement
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate profile
Fluent in Portuguese and English, written and spoken
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, content moderation, or other client-facing roles
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines
Customer-oriented mindset with good communication skills
Reliable, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to relocate to Greece and work in an international setting
