Portuguese Speaking Tech Support Reps

Thessaloniki, Greece

€1100 gross salary per month

Our client is recruiting on behalf of their world renowned company who have experience in developing pc games for many years.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical-based customer assistance through voice, chat, and email. Have good IT Technical Skills with a passion for PC gaming.
  • Leverage experience in customer-focused roles to handle challenges effectively and with empathy.
  • Actively contribute to team and company initiatives by sharing feedback, promoting collaborative solutions, and supporting colleagues—driving the growth and success of the department.
  • Apply problem-solving and critical thinking skills to ensure customer satisfaction remains the top priority.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written formats.
  • Stay social media savvy to support customer engagement across multiple platforms.

Role Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in Portuguese (B2/C1) and English (B2/C1), spoken and written.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support or Technical Support, preferably with a help desk or IT-related function.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as a remote team member.
  • Adaptable and flexible in handling process and information changes.
  • Willingness to participate in background screening.
  • Proven experience in customer communication via email and phone.
  • Solid working knowledge of external systems and PC-based applications (e.g., internet, Microsoft Office)

NB*  Candidates must be willing to work from the office and already have work permission for Greece
