Job Description:

We are looking for a Public Sector Account Manager to join us! In this amazing role, you can make your mark by leading and driving sales engagements into assigned Public Sector accounts in France.
In a typical day, you would
- Be responsible for a defined set of public sector accounts in France
- Seek out new opportunities and expand and enhance existing opportunities to build and manage the pipeline in specialty area.
- Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client, by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry.
- Understand client requirements and competitively position company solutions to meet the needs to drive retention strategy
- Interface with both internal and external/industry experts to anticipate customer needs and facilitate solutions development. Build sales readiness and reduce client learning curve through effective knowledge transfer in area of specialization.
- Maintain knowledge of competitors in accounts to strategically position Aruba's products and services
- Achieve or overachieve assigned quota.

If you have these Skills, Expertise, Attitude and Education…
- Typically, 5+ years of sales experience in the IT industry
- Specific experience in the Public Sector
- Fundamental networking skills (Wi-Fi, switching, wired and wireless LAN access, SD-WAN infrastructure, SASE)
- University, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent education/experience
- Self-driving and self-dependent personality.
- Entrepreneurial attitude and cross functional expertise.
- Passion for innovative technology and willingness for continuous learning.
- Ability to coordinate multiple internal and external partners on multiple levels to deliver appropriate solution sale.
- Very good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- High level customer management relationship building, working at all levels in various lines of business (finance, IT, purchasing…)
- Accountability for achieving business results.
- Ability to understand the customer's business issues and translate creatively to the company's solutions
- Effective multitasking in a dynamic, complex, and fast-paced environment
- Business fluent language skills in French and English
