For one of our clients - a technology provider focused on customer experience, offering
outsourced sales, help, and operational solutions to large organizations, we are looking for
– Basic Technical Support with French and English.

Responsibilities:
*Support customers with setup, troubleshooting, and product usage;
*Handle inquiries via phone and email with speed and professionalism;
*Manage orders, returns, and exchanges while keeping customers informed;
*Recommend products tailored to customer needs and preferences;
*Stay up to date on the latest products, updates, and industry trends;
*Collect and share customer feedback to enhance products and service quality.

Qualifications:
*Very good French and English skills
*Strong problem-solving skills for technical issues;
*Experience with order handling, returns, and exchanges;
*Curious and informed about new tech and product developments;
*Detail-oriented with a passion for great customer experiences;
*Calm and efficient when juggling multiple requests.

Our client offers:
*Full-time (40h/week) with rotating shifts between 07:00–20:00, Monday to Sunday.
Permanent contract after a 30-day trial;
