We are looking for native Dutch speakers who want to start a new, challenging, and stable project with an international company. Our client is a leading international company in the home appliance insurance sector.
As part of the Telesales department, your main tasks will include:
- Making outbound calls to potential B2C customers.
- Promoting and selling the company’s products/services by clearly communicating their value and benefits.
- Building trust and empathy with prospects to identify their needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Managing and following up on leads provided by the company, ensuring effective communication.
- Achieving individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Accurately updating customer information and call outcomes in the CRM system.
- Collaborating with colleagues and team leaders to continuously improve performance and customer focus.
- Providing an excellent customer experience with a friendly, professional, and proactive attitude.
REQUIREMENTS
- Native-level Dutch and fluent in Spanish.
- At least 1 year of sales experience in a call center environment.
- Excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to make decisions independently.
- Good command of Excel.
- Solid knowledge of sales techniques, performance evaluation, and team motivation.

- Permanent contract with a 3-month probation period.
- 100% remote work if you live outside the Community of Madrid.
- Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00 (40 hours per week).
