Job title:
In Sales Operations department, you will combine information and support the business to deliver a unique experience!
Your role:
- Cooperating with other departments (account managers, project managers, product managers) related to sales processes
- Providing support, preparing offers and orders with further standardizing and documenting the way of working within the team
- Pro-active collaboration with the team and stakeholders until the cases are completed and prepared for further processing
- Using French language at daily basis
- Hybrid model of work
REQUIREMENTS
You're the right fit if:
- You have at least 3 years ofexperience in fields related to customer service, order management, procurement, supply chain
- You know French on C1 level and English at least B1
- You have good communication skills and the ability to prioritize your work
