About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing IT sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities in the Dutch-speaking market. Working closely with our Sales Managers, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers and play a critical role in driving our business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads in the Dutch IT market.
- Proactively engage with prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure they meet sales criteria.
- Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
- Track activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
REQUIREMENTS
- Native or fluent Dutch speaker, with strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles (B2B IT industry is a plus).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage.
