The Role: Operations Lead

As the Operations Lead, the successful candidate will be at the forefront of client interaction, responsible for delivering exceptional service and driving operational excellence. This client-facing role involves managing a large team of professionals, ensuring the seamless execution of workflows, and fostering a culture of motivation, engagement, and accountability.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and nurture key client relationships.
  • Own the delivery of service and service metrics to clients, meeting contractual agreements.
  • Drive continuous improvement and value-add initiatives.
  • Embed new processes and workflows into the team.
  • Allocate resources effectively and manage team members' development and performance.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • The ideal candidate will have 6+ years' experience managing teams in an outsourced/operations environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet SLAs/metrics and manage revenue/financial aspects.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, mediation, and conflict management abilities.
  • Proven track record in change management and service improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a process-driven, high-demand environment.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
