About our partner
Our partner is a global leader in CX management and contact center services, delivering customer care in over 35 languages. With a diverse team across multiple language markets, they provide first-line support and technical assistance for leading international brands.


What will you do? 
  • Handle calls, emails, and chats in Spanish with professionalism and care
  • Act as a brand ambassador, staying informed about promotions and current offers
  • Address account and billing issues, upsell services, troubleshoot, and manage fraudulent orders and returns
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering empathetic and professional service

Candidate profile 
  • Fluent in Spanish (C1/C2) with good command of English (B2+)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 
  • Basic computer proficiency and the ability to multitask. 
  • Adaptability to shift-based work schedules. 
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required

    Please note that, at the moment, we are not able to hire candidates without a valid EU passport or ID.
