What you'll do

Provide first-line technical support to employees via phone, email, and support systems
Troubleshoot technical issues and restore services efficiently
Register, prioritize, and resolve support tickets within agreed service levels
Keep users updated on the progress of their cases
Document incidents accurately and maintain detailed case records
Work closely with internal product and technical teams
Contribute to improving the overall user experience through efficient IT support

What we're looking for

Fluent Spanish and English, both written and spoken
Interest in technology and problem-solving
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure
Good understanding of IT products and services is an advantage
Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, or technical support is beneficial but not essential
Business-level Czech is a plus, but not required
