- Ensure top-quality service and standards
- Support online shop customers via email and chat
- Guide customers using our partner’s online shop and products
- Handle inquiries on orders, deliveries, and complaints
REQUIREMENTS
You must:
- Be fluent in Spanish
- Be willing to relocate to Casablanca in Morocco
- Be ready to start immediately
- Be comfortable with using a personal computer and different internet applications
- Be a strong communicator & team player
- Already have a valid Moroccan work permit
- Prior call center is an advantage, but not required.
