Stock Financing & Wholesale Expert - Dutch

📋 What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Stock Financing and Wholesale credit operations, ensuring that all processes comply with risk guidelines and established procedures. Your key responsibilities will include activating credit lines, managing contracts, handling amendments, blocks, cancellations, and reimbursements, as well as monitoring outstanding issues and operational incidents.

You will also play an important role in updating financial information within internal systems, managing invoicing related to the various credit lines, and supporting strategic activities within the department, particularly during peak workload periods. Regular interaction with dealers and importers will also be part of your role, ensuring effective communication and ongoing support.

To succeed in this role, you should be able to communicate clearly and professionally with a variety of stakeholders, adapting your message to different situations and ensuring consistent follow-up on ongoing matters.

Experience within the automotive industry and previous exposure to customers, business partners, or dealer networks will be highly valued, as will the ability to manage processes accurately and with strong attention to detail.

Fluency in Dutch, both written and spoken, is essential.

We offer a 40-hour workweek, from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, including Portuguese public holidays (for which you will be able to take the day off at a later date).

In addition to your base salary, you will receive a meal allowance paid on a card, as well as a variable bonus based on the achievement of performance targets.
