DESCRIPTION
Are you a skilled communicator with a technical mindset? Do you enjoy helping customers solve problems and learning about advanced technology? We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our client’s operations in Malaga. Start ASAP in this daytime hybrid role (mix of office and remote work).


What you’ll do
  • You will provide frontline support and ensure clients get the help they need, working across multiple systems and projects. Your tasks will include
  • Providing technical troubleshooting and support for advanced energy storage and smart charging products.
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering professional, clear, and timely assistance.
  • Guiding clients and installers through step-by-step solutions, explaining complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand way.
  • Logging, tracking, and following up on incidents to ensure efficient resolution.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and other specialists to handle complex issues.
  • Supporting clients during high-demand periods and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.


Who we’re looking for

  • Background or education in electrical, electronics, or other technical fields, or strong technical interest with the ability to learn quickly.
  • Fluent in Swedish and good understanding of Norwegian.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to switch between clients and tasks efficiently.
  • Self-driven, independent, and confident when handling direct client communication.
  • Excellent communicator, able to adjust tone depending on the client or situation.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to take ownership of complex cases.

Working hours & environment

  • Daytime shifts: 08:00–16:00 or 09:00–17:00
  • Hybrid office in Malaga – combination of in-office collaboration and remote work
  • Support channels: Phone, Email, Chat
