DESCRIPTION
Are you a skilled communicator with a technical mindset? Do you enjoy helping customers solve problems and learning about advanced technology? We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our client’s operations in Malaga. Start ASAP in this daytime hybrid role (mix of office and remote work).
What you’ll do
- You will provide frontline support and ensure clients get the help they need, working across multiple systems and projects. Your tasks will include
- Providing technical troubleshooting and support for advanced energy storage and smart charging products.
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering professional, clear, and timely assistance.
- Guiding clients and installers through step-by-step solutions, explaining complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand way.
- Logging, tracking, and following up on incidents to ensure efficient resolution.
- Coordinating with internal teams and other specialists to handle complex issues.
- Supporting clients during high-demand periods and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Who we’re looking for
- Background or education in electrical, electronics, or other technical fields, or strong technical interest with the ability to learn quickly.
- Fluent in Swedish and good understanding of Norwegian.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to switch between clients and tasks efficiently.
- Self-driven, independent, and confident when handling direct client communication.
- Excellent communicator, able to adjust tone depending on the client or situation.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to take ownership of complex cases.
Working hours & environment
- Daytime shifts: 08:00–16:00 or 09:00–17:00
- Hybrid office in Malaga – combination of in-office collaboration and remote work
- Support channels: Phone, Email, Chat
