Are you a Swedish speaker looking for an exciting new opportunity in Lisbon, Portugal? Our client is seeking an experienced Swedish-speaking Service Manager to join their team!

REQUIREMENTS

Your Role

As the Service Manager, you'll be the primary interface managing contract compliance and administrative responsibilities. Your daily tasks will involve:

  • Conducting Service Management Reviews with key client stakeholders to ensure services and performance align with business plans.
  • Coordinating regular contract reviews and capturing areas for possible changes or updates.
  • Managing customer relationships and ensuring overall customer health through regular reviews.
  • Handling customer enablement duties such as training, access requests, and ongoing customer needs.
  • Managing service level assessments, reporting, and analysis.
  • Reviewing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and providing action plans.
  • Seeking areas for process enhancements and driving improved performance.
  • Providing accurate, timely, and professional reports to senior management.
  • Participating in business meetings and contributing to day-to-day improvements.

 

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word, and Microsoft Teams.

Professional Certifications

  • ITIL V3/v4 certification.
  • CISCO CSM.
