DESCRIPTION
You’ll be part of a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where your empathy, communication, and problem-solving skills will make a real difference. From assisting restaurant partners to ensuring timely deliveries for customers, you’ll be at the heart of every successful order - all while working remotely in Greece.

Daily responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound communication (calls, chats, and tickets) from restaurant partners and customers
  • Resolve issues related to orders, payments, deliveries, and platform use
  • Deliver empathetic and professional support across all service channels
  • Follow quality and response guidelines to ensure consistent service
  • Escalate complex cases when necessary and ensure proper follow-up
  • Support ad-hoc operational tasks as requested by the project
REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written)
  • Good command of English for internal communication
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent communication and typing skills
  • Ability to multitask and navigate between digital platforms
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts
  • Ability to relocate to Greece
