Do you want to work in the travel industry and support one of the most renowned airline companies in Europe? Our client is looking for Swedish-speaking Customer Advisors to join their team in Warsaw!
Join the customer service team of a major airline and assist passengers with bookings, flight changes, terminal information, and more. This position is on-site in Warsaw and includes a relocation package covering your flight and one week of shared accommodation.

What will you do?
- Assist customers with booking issues and inquiries
- Support customers in rescheduling flights
- Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, terminals, and procedures
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience in line with company standards
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer queries
- Communicate clearly and professionally in Swedish
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in Swedish and proficient in English
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site in Warsaw
- Comfortable using computers and navigating digital tools
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
