Swedish Tech Support, Microsoft - Athens (paid relocation)

The Job

You will be working in the customer and IT support department of Microsoft. This means that you'll represent Microsoft and provide technical assistance regarding products and purchases as well as troubleshooting errors. You will receive the necessary training before you start handling customers!

A normal day at work will include tasks like these:

  • Provide support to customers via phone and email
  • Give accurate information by using the proper procedures (given during initial training)
  • Handle customer questions in a professional and friendly way
  • Follow management direction and provide feedback on issues if needed
REQUIREMENTS
  • You are a native Swedish speaker and fluent in English (B2)
  • Experience in customer support is a plus but not a must
  • You have a basic understanding of computer handling skills and maybe some software knowledge
  • You're great at resolving problems
  • Great communication and listening skills and you can easily create a good atmosphere over phone
