What You'll Do
- Provide remote support to customers in the European market.
- Manage the ticketing system: create tickets, assign tasks, track progress, and ensure proper closure.
- Cross-team coordination: work closely with European product managers, HQ technical support, and the sales team to resolve complex issues.
- Support presales activities: introduce product features, explain application scenarios, etc.
- Support aftersales activities: troubleshoot common issues, provide operational guidance, and coordinate spare parts/return & repair processes.
- Create and maintain dealer training materials (FAQ, quick guides, operation manuals).
- Collect feedback from distributors and regularly summarize common issues and market trends in Europe.
You Are
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to learn quickly.
- Experience with ticketing systems or customer support platforms is preferred.
- Spanish speakers preferred; English proficiency required.
- Additional European languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel moderately within Europe.
- Experience in the automotive aftermarket, dealer/channel support, technical support, or related fields is preferred.
