What you'll do

• As a Technical Support for Microsoft, you'll support deliveries;
• Work with customers to resolve technical customer issues on the Partner Center Platform;
• Determine technical support Pain areas while working with Customers;
• Provide feedback and details to Technical Advisors and PG teams;
• Achieve the CPE team goals and the time to resolution or escalation, enabling a response time similar to competitors;
• Maintain technical skills through completion of ongoing readiness and Platform training;
• Participate in the creation of future Microsoft support capabilities for the cloud.

• Native Italian speaker;
• Fluency in English (minimum B2);
• Customer service experience (in technical support environment is a plus);
• Troubleshooting mindset is also a plus.
