Travel Agency - French speaking CSA - Barcelona or Malaga

- Full time long-term position, 39 hours/week
- Salary: 18.000 euros gross/year + up to 1.200 euros gross/year in bonus

What you will experience at Webhelp
We are looking for strong customer service advisors interested in discovering the travel industry. As a part of our team, after an initial 2-week training, you will receive ongoing courses to develop you and boost your career in the travel industry. You will be working in a stable project with an attractive salary package, and your working time will be shift-based.

As part of the travel service team, you will be the first point of contact, you will reply to e-mails, messages and phone calls from customers all over the world. You will help them by updating contact information, collect invoice information, pre-onboarding, refund request, booking information etc.. As a person you have a positive mind-set that will help you to deal with complicated customer problems and you will ensure a positive customer experience.

- Have native level or excellent bilingual level in French
- Are fluent in English
- Have exquisite customer care and courteous attitude

- Have a positive, motivated mind-set and are proactive / willing to learn
- Would like to work a rotative schedule: Monday to Sunday from 09:00 to 18:00

It would be a plus if you:

- Have experience in the business travel / airline industry
