Workforce Planning Junior Coordinator

If you have a minimum of 2 years' experience in workforce management, data management, and call center operations, along with a solid understanding of routing and traffic management, we want to hear from you!

Position Overview:

• Location: Mosta, Malta
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in workforce, data management, and call center operations
• Salary: €20,000 annually + €1,000 Bonus (KPI-based)
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, office hours

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in workforce, data management, and call center operations.
• Understanding of basic concepts of routing and traffic management.
• Knowledge of manual forecasting and scheduling is a must.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Access is a must.
• Demonstrated excellent organizational, people, communication, and presentation skills.
• Flexibility in rotational/shifting schedule.
