What you will do in this role
As a Senior O2C Specialist, you will:
- Lead, manage and perform O2C operations: order management, billing, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution.
- Prepare and Review AR aging reports, drive collection strategies, and reduce DSO.
- Manage customer and internal stakeholder relationships, resolve escalated disputes, and negotiate payment terms.
- Ensure compliance with Audit/SOX/internal controls, accounting standards, IFRS and tax implications.
- Drive process automation, standardization, and efficiency initiatives.
- Support month-end & quarter-end closing, reconciliations, and reporting to senior management.
- Train and mentor junior O2C specialists to build a strong team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Logistics, Treasury, Tax).
REQUIREMENTS
Your qualifications
Concentrix is a great match if you:
- Are fluent in German (written and spoken at C2 level) And proficiency in English (written and spoken at C1 level)
- Have 5–7 years of experience in O2C / AR / Finance Operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/lead role.
- Deep knowledge of O2C processes, financial controls, and compliance frameworks.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Have excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Have hands-on experience in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/Workday).
- Have exposure to global business environments and multi-currency transactions.
- Have leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Have advanced Excel and Reporting Skills
