German-Speaking Customer Care Specialist
Location: Athens, Greece
Salary: €1,350–€1,380 gross per month | 14 salaries per year
Please note there is no relocation assistance.
We are looking for a German-Speaking Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Athens and provide exceptional customer support for a leading international fashion brand.
If you are fluent in German and English, passionate about customer service, fashion-savvy, and enjoy solving problems, we would love to hear from you.
Your Responsibilities
Handle and follow up on customer cases to ensure they are resolved efficiently and within agreed timelines.
Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction while representing a major international brand.
Provide technical and customer assistance via phone, chat, email, and other support channels.
Escalate unresolved or complex cases to second-level support teams when required.
Understand customers' needs and support them throughout their purchasing journey.
Assist customers with product, inventory, order, and payment-related enquiries.
Handle customer and payment information accurately and securely.
Demonstrate empathy and a customer-first approach in every interaction.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues effectively.
Navigate internal documentation and available resources to provide accurate information.
Maintain clear and professional communication, ensuring customers leave every interaction with no confusion.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
German: C1/C2 level, both written and spoken.
English: C1/C2 level, both written and spoken.
1–2 years of previous experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, or a similar customer-focused role.
Experience within the fashion, retail, or e-commerce industry is highly desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Customer-focused, empathetic, and passionate about delivering excellent service.
Fashion-savvy with an interest in products, trends, and customer experience.
Good knowledge of computers, internet-based systems, and software applications such as Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently while also being an effective member of a remote or international team.
Adaptable and comfortable working with changing processes, systems, and information.
Open to coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement.
Willingness to participate in a background screening.
Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
