Are you ready to represent a leading Nordic streaming platform and support Danish-speaking users from Lisbon? Our client is looking for a Danish Customer Support Specialist to join their international team in Portugal.

What will you do?
  • Handle customer inquiries via voice, email, chat, and social media
  • Guide users through account registration and sign-in processes
  • Troubleshoot streaming quality, buffering, and playback issues
  • Provide support with app installation, device compatibility, and settings
  • Assist customers with subscription management, payment updates, and billing issues
  • Support users with subscription pauses and cancellations
  • Collect and communicate user feedback to contribute to platform improvements
  • Ensure high-quality service and efficient response times across all channels

REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluent in Danish, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
  • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
  • Able to handle technical troubleshooting in a structured and patient manner
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Flexible and available to work rotational shifts
