Location: Qormi, Malta (Remote within Malta)

Salary: €1,690 gross base | Avg. €1,850 gross incl. overtime & holidays

About the Role

Join an international tech company and help create a safer online marketplace. You’ll support users via email, resolve buyer–seller disputes, manage returns and refunds, process payments, and monitor fraud. Your insights will help improve policies and user experience.

Role & Responsibilities

Help create a safer, smoother online marketplace experience. You will:

Support users via email, answering questions clearly and professionally.

Resolve complaints and buyer–seller disputes in line with company policies.

Manage returns, refunds, payments, and claims accurately.

Monitor fraud and policy violations, taking appropriate action.

Work with partners to resolve cases efficiently.

Take part in training and share insights to improve policies and user experience.

You are the eyes and ears of the platform, helping us continuously improve and keep users safe.

What We’re Looking For

Fluent in Swedish with good English

Detail-oriented and reliable

Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment

Motivated to keep users safe online

Interest in marketplaces or tech is a plus

Previous experience is not required. Candidates should have excellent Swedish written skills, along with basic to conversational English skills and have good general pc usage skills.

• The base salary package (basic + premium + language allowance) is €1,690 gross, the average total monthly compensation (after ramp-up), including public holidays and overtime, is approximately €1,850 gross.
