Candidate profile
Fluent in Swedish and English, with German at B2/C1 level
Previous experience in customer service or technical support
Strong technical understanding and troubleshooting abilities
Comfortable working with computers and digital tools
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Problem-solving mindset with a service-oriented attitude
Team player with the ability to work in a 24/7 shift environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
