REQUIREMENTS

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, customer service, account management, or client-facing support
  • Confident in video or cold calling communication and professional interaction with clients
  • Ability to work independently and follow structured processes
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home office environment
  • Comfortable learning new tools and workflows
  •  Strong customer-oriented mindset

Language:

  • Native-level fluency in German (C2)
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)

Technical Requirements:

  • Stable broadband internet (LAN required)
  • Desktop or laptop (Windows 11+ or macOS 13+)
  • Minimum specs: 1.8GHz+ processor, 8GB RAM, 10GB free disk space
  • Wired USB headset

Experience & Background:

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, outbound calling, or call center roles
  • Education in sales, business, or engineering is a plus
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills for client-facing calls
  • Experience in closing deals (not just lead generation or surveys)
  • Any technical or industrial field experience is valued
