Role Overview

We are hiring experienced German-speaking Sales Consultant to support a client in the industrial components distribution sector. You will be part of the Sales Support (L2) team, acting as one of the first points of contact between the company and their customers.

A key part of the role involves joining video calls with customers, guiding them through the companys products using a CAD tool. This is a technical, customer-facing position where you will play an essential role in ensuring a smooth and positive introduction to the clients solutions.
 

Start Date: December 8th, 2025

Contract Type: Freelance (100% remote)

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 4 hours/day between 9am5pm CET

REQUIREMENTS

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute video sales calls with potential clients, showcasing the companys products and closing deals.
  • Manage data in the CRM and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Keep strict control of follow-ups and outcomes to ensure smooth customer journeys.
  • Use internal and external email accounts, calendars, and systems in an integrated manner.
  • Collaborate with international teams to meet performance goals.

Requirements:

 

Language:

  • Native-level fluency in German (C2)
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)

Technical Requirements:

  • Stable broadband internet (LAN required)
  • Desktop or laptop (Windows 11+ or macOS 13+)
  • Minimum specs: 1.8GHz+ processor, 8GB RAM, 10GB free disk space
  • Wired USB headset

Experience & Background:

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, outbound calling, or call center roles
  • Education in sales, business, or engineering is a plus
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills for client-facing calls
  • Experience in closing deals (not just lead generation or surveys)
  • Any technical or industrial field experience is valued

  • Training: 14/hour
  • Production: 15/hour
