Salary: €1,450 gross per month plus Fixed monthly bonus: €250 gross plus Performance bonus: Up to €300 gross based on KPI

Working Hrs:  40 hrs per week between Mon-Fri 9am-6pm

Overview of the company

Our client is a global outsourcing company – they have offices around the world and their vibrant Athens office is one of their European multilingual hubs where they support multiple well-known brands in a variety of languages. They are currently recruiting Dutch speaking Sales Development Representative for their Athens office - this role will offered as a hybrid position after training.

The role

In this role, you will engage with B2B clients, generate qualified leads, and support business growth for a leading global technology company. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong sales background who is ready to take their career to the next level in an international environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prospect and engage with potential B2B clients through outbound calls, emails, and social selling.
• Qualify leads and identify opportunities to support the sales pipeline.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Work closely with the account management team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Achieve monthly KPIs and contribute to overall sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update the CRM system regularly.

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Fluent Dutch
• Good command of English
• Previous B2B sales experience, ideally in lead generation or inside sales
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and working in a fast-paced environment.
