Salary: €1,495 gross p/m ( this is €1,150 net per month) plus meal vouchers of €132 net p/m plus €30 net work from home allowance p/m
Hours: Mon–Fri, between 10:00–20:00
Are you a Dutch or Flemish speaker who enjoys connecting with people and providing excellent service? This is an exciting opportunity to join an international contact centre in Greece where you will work from your own home and where you will help customers with order updates, deliveries, and product recommendations.
In this role, you will handle both outbound and inbound calls with existing customers - no cold calling. You’ll ensure that orders are correct, deliveries are scheduled smoothly, and customers are informed about new or promotional products. By offering thoughtful product suggestions, you’ll also have the chance to increase sales while building customer loyalty.
Key responsibilities:
- Contact existing customers to confirm and adjust orders or delivery times
- Provide excellent service through phone and email interactions
- Recommend relevant products to complement customer orders
- Manage inbound calls to handle new orders or reschedule deliveries
- Maintain accurate information and ensure every customer has a great experience
