The Project
You’ll be working on a project centered around Digital Marketing Ads, the gold standard for global business visibility. Your focus is the Benelux market, a region known for its tech-savviness and high standards for data privacy. Your job isn't just "sales", it's high-level consultancy. You’ll be onboarding new clients, helping them navigate the complex world of PPC (Pay-Per-Click), and ensuring their campaigns are set up for massive, long-term success.
The Role & Its Responsibilities
As a trusted advisor, you are the bridge between a client’s business goals and their digital performance. Your key objectives include:
- Strategic Onboarding: Serve as the first point of contact to get new clients up and running with high-performing ad campaigns.
- Performance Optimization: Detect customer objectives and build strategic, results-driven PPC campaigns that maximize ROI.
- Portfolio Growth: Identify upselling opportunities and increase spend by proving the value of the platform.
- Relationship Management: Manage a high volume of outbound interactions (phone/email), acting as a consultative partner rather than just a salesperson.
- Data Stewardship: Maintain a meticulous database in the CRM to ensure every client’s journey is documented and optimized.
