DESCRIPTION
Join United Call Centers—a globally recognized leader in multilingual customer service with over two decades of experience! Operating in 40+ countries and supporting 50 languages, we deliver exceptional customer experiences with a strong focus on sales.
Do you excel at customer service and have a passion for green mobility? We’re looking for remote Customer Service Representatives to support a network of electronic vehicle charging stations. As part of our dynamic team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction in an innovative sector.

Job responsibilities:
- First line customer support through various channels in Finnish as well as in English
- Provide information, resolve issues, and address customer concerns.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver top-quality service.
- Work flexible shifts (around 25 hours a week in total) within the operating hours: Monday - Sunday 07:00 - 18:00 CET
- Participation on all required training
REQUIREMENTS
- Finnish speaker on a professional level (C2+) and strong English skills.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work flexible shifts (around 25 hours a week in total) within the operating hours: Monday - Sunday 07:00 - 18:00 CET
- Must be eligible to work as a self-employed individual
