DESCRIPTION

What will you do?
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound sales activities across all stages of the sales funnel
- Conduct customer outreach via phone, email, video, and social media
- Identify relevant alternative decision-makers using professional tools and research methods
- Ensure adherence to response-time SLAs and mandatory sales cadences
- Actively manage and progress the sales pipeline
- Document all prospect and customer interactions in Salesforce CRM
- Transition qualified leads to the onboarding team to support the customer journey
- Review and report daily, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate profile
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in sales, ideally within the tech or advertising sector
- Proven ability to identify high-potential budget opportunities and grow customer investment
- Knowledge of digital advertising is considered an advantage
- Experience in competitive selling and acquiring new business
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools
