For one of our clients – a leading provider of digital solutions, AI automation, and customer experience services, enabling global brands to enhance digital experiences across fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming industries, we are looking for – Junior Tech Support Assistant with Dutch (Relocation).

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email;
• Provide friendly and efficient non-technical troubleshooting;
• Guide users through basic product/service issues;
• Ensure a smooth customer experience with timely follow-ups;
• Escalate complex issues to higher support levels as needed;
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch and very good English;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented attitude;
• Basic computer literacy and typing skills;
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required;
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced tech support role.
