Your Responsibilities

• Content review: You will review and analyze communications to ensure it meets company standards and helps customers in the best possible way.
• Optimization: You identify potential for improvement in the responses and help to continuously improve the automation.
• Teamwork: You will work closely with your global team to share best practices and jointly optimize customer interactions.

Your Profile

• Fluent in German and a strong command of English (both verbal and written)
• Sharp attention to detail and quick decision-making skills
• Comfortable handling a range of content, including sensitive topics
