About the Job

We are looking for German-speaking Travel Consultants to support business travelers from around the world. You will play a crucial role in making corporate travel stress-free by handling flight, hotel, and transport bookings, assisting with itinerary changes, and ensuring clients reach their destinations hassle-free.

In this role, you’ll work in an international team, gain expertise in travel management, and provide high-quality customer service to professionals. What is your daily life like?

• Assist business travelers with booking flights, hotels, and transportation worldwide ✈️
• Provide real-time solutions for travel disruptions or schedule changes
• Ensure smooth and stress-free trips by offering top-quality customer care
• Work with modern travel booking tools and corporate clients
• Communicate professionally via phone, email, and chat in German and English
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency in managing travel itineraries

This position offers a full training program, so no previous experience in travel consulting is required!

• Fluency in German (C1 level or higher) and good English skills
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
• Ability to work in the EU (EU citizenship or valid work permit)
• Interest in the travel industry (previous experience is a plus, but not required)
• Willingness to work on rotating shifts (Monday – Sunday, 9:00 – 20:00)
