As a Customer Support Agent, you will communicate with the company’s clients and assist them with their inquiries. You will represent the company’s brand, ensuring a professional, polite, and responsible customer experience.
- Assist customers via live chat and email (majority of interactions)
- Handle up to 3 chats simultaneously
- Limited inbound phone calls
- Verify customer documentation (ID checks)
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
- Work on a 24/7 rotational shift basis
