Spanish-Speaking Customer Service Specialist
Athens, Greece |
€1,150 Gross/Month * 14 Salaries per Year
Please note there is no relocation assistance.
We are looking for a Spanish-Speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional customer support for a leading international fashion brand.
If you are fluent in Spanish and English, passionate about customer service, fashion-savvy, and enjoy solving problems, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Your Responsibilities
Provide professional customer support through phone, chat, email, and other communication channels.
Track and follow up on customer cases to ensure they are resolved efficiently and within the required timeframe.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while representing a major international brand.
Support customers throughout their purchasing journey, understanding their needs and providing personalized assistance.
Answer customer questions regarding products, inventory, orders, and payments.
Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues and provide clear, effective solutions.
Escalate unresolved or complex cases to second-level support when necessary.
Navigate internal documentation and resources to provide accurate and timely information.
Demonstrate empathy and maintain a customer-first approach in every interaction.
Communicate clearly and professionally, ensuring customers leave every interaction with complete understanding.
Handle customer and payment information accurately and securely.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
Spanish: C1/C2 level, written and spoken.
English: C1/C2 level, written and spoken.
1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Technical Support, Retail, or a similar customer-facing role.
Previous experience in fashion, retail, or e-commerce is highly desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
A genuine passion for helping customers and finding effective solutions.
Customer-focused, empathetic, and patient.
Fashion-savvy with an interest in products and customer experience.
Proven experience supporting customers through phone, chat, and email.
Strong working knowledge of computers, internet-based systems, and software applications such as Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently and effectively as part of an international team.
Flexible and adaptable when dealing with changes in processes, systems, and information.
Open to coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement.
Willingness to participate in a background screening.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
