  • Quickly adapt to changing customer needs and business priorities.
  • Cultivate relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely resolutions.
REQUIREMENTS

  • Comprehensive Service Focus: Required prior experience in complex customer service or account management, with a clear focus on issue resolution and process improvement to optimize the client's service journey.
  • Resourceful Adaptation: Demonstrated capability to quickly internalize new business models, technologies, and evolving challenges, adapting work methods efficiently to meet shifting organizational demands.

Specialized Skills for the Nordic Market:
  • Deep Nordic market and cultural understanding are essential, covering business practices, cultural nuances, and digital marketing ecosystems.
  • Strategic thinkers with strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills are needed to identify and unlock growth opportunities.
  • Must demonstrate proficiency in relationship building with key stakeholders, managing complex stakeholder structures, and addressing sophisticated ROI and integration queries.
  • Crucially, the role requires awareness of local regulations, particularly GDPR, and the ability to tailor outreach to respect high client focus on data privacy.
