Our EMEA Business Service Center (BSC) in Budapest is Eaton’s largest office in the region. The Inside Sales Representative is a dynamic sales professional focused on virtual selling, leveraging Eaton’s digital tools and CRM systems to achieve sales targets. This role, suited for a proactive hunter, involves using data analytics to conduct virtual customer meetings and, when necessary, occasional on-site visits. Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships within their portfolio, the Inside Sales Representative drives revenue growth by strategically engaging new and existing customers and partners through online and direct interactions.

Main Responsibilities:
- Create market analysis & forecasting reports
- Create and maintain Portfolio Plans
- Customer data management
- Quality (complaint) process management through Customer service/support
- Outbound contacting existing/defined customers and develop opportunities
- Gain commitment and close the deal
- Handle objections/overcome barriers
- Deliver solutions
- Track opportunities and handle needs discovery
- Review, monitor, and advance deals 
- Collaborate with other departments 
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree
- 0-1 years of relevant experience in sales
- Excellent language and communication skills in English and German (both written and spoken)
