For one of our clients – one of the biggest providers of digital solutions, AI automation, and customer experience services, helping global brands deliver top digital experiences in fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming, we are looking for – Customer Support Analyst with Norwegian (Relocation to Sofia/Bulgaria).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer support through email, chat, and phone communication;
• Respond to customer questions and resolve issues related to our products and services;
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and help them overcome technical difficulties;
• Follow up on pending cases to ensure customer satisfaction;
• Share customer feedback and improvement suggestions with the product and tech teams;
• Communicate in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner at all times.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Norwegian and very good English skills
• Prior experience in a customer support role, ideally within a tech or fintech company;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail;
• Clear and effective communicator, capable of simplifying complex topics for customers;
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
