Your Responsibilities
- Assist customers by phone, email, or chat
- Resolve cases within deadlines and meet performance goals
- Escalate urgent cases to your lead when needed
- Work both independently and in a team
- Take part in training and contribute to team improvements
What We're Looking For
- B2+ German level and solid English (B1+ minimum)
- Friendly, positive, and motivated team player
- Clean background check and minimum age of 18
What’s Offered
- Competitive salary of 1700 Euro gross + performance bonus up to 300 Euro gross and a permanent contract
- Relocation support: paid flight ticket and 1 month of free accommodation

- Become a Quality Analyst or a Trainer after around 6-10 months
