About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Dutch-speaking Customer Support & User Enablement Representative to boost customer satisfaction and engagement. In this role, you will represent the brand, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and guide users to get the most value out of the platform.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries across multiple channels
  • Troubleshoot and provide accurate, user-focused solutions
  • Educate customers on how to maximize their mobility service experience
  • Identify trends and share user insights to drive service improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product usability and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Native-level or fluent Dutch (C1+)
  • Good command of English (B2+)
  • Previous customer support experience is an advantage
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to deliver practical solutions
Offer
  • Salary: €1740
  • Holiday Bonus €860 x 2
  • Daily meal allowance of €6.41 (approx. €141/month)
