DESCRIPTION
As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for handling sales, onboarding new customers, and verifying loan documentation. This role requires a confident communicator with strong customer service skills. Sales experience is not mandatory, but previous experience in customer care or database management is required.
REQUIREMENTS
Sales & Customer Engagement – Assist potential customers, explain loan products, and drive sales.
Onboarding & Verification – Ensure accurate processing of customer applications and document verification.
Relationship Building – Maintain a professional and persuasive approach in client interactions.
Who We’re Looking For
Native German also Fluent in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a confident and persuasive approach.
Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage documentation efficiently.
Previous experience in customer care or working with customer databases is required.
Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
OFFER
Salary: €23,000 gross entry level to €28,000 gross depending on experience per year.
Performance-Based Bonus.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM, with possible weekend shifts).
Holidays: 24 days annual leave + 14 public holidays.
