Your Responsibilities
Assist players with any issues or concerns they may encounter.
Provide excellent player support and ensure a positive gaming experience.

Approach every situation with empathy, professionalism, and a player-first mindset.
What We're Looking For
Fluency in Arabic and a good command of English.
